Pipe Relining
If you don’t have a sound drainage system, things can go wrong, and it can be very frustrating when they do. Fixing your drainage is expensive, time-consuming, and difficult to fix because it is underground. For example, if a pipe needs to be replaced, a plumber will have to dig up your property. But with GPS’s advanced know-how and plumbing technology, there is a new way to replace pipes without digging. It’s called pipe relining, and it is much cheaper and less damaging.
At GPS plumbing & drainage, we quickly use the latest technology to find and fix pipe problems. Our repairs are fast, tidy, and do not damage your property. Latest technology repairs are also cheaper and last longer than other solutions. Most jobs can be done in just one day, so you don’t have to wait for a longer time.
GPS plumbing & drainage quotes are designed to help you understand what is happening with your plumbing. We want to be clear and upfront with you about the price and what is included.

How does the GPS plumbing & drainage pipe repair system work?
- When we visit your home or business, we use a camera to investigate the inside of your pipes to identify the cause of the blocked drain and what can be done to fix it.
- We use a high-pressure water jet blaster to remove all tree roots and debris inside the drain to prepare the pipe for relining.
- We cut a textile liner to the correct length and then soak it in environmentally safe resin. Next, we use a drum to insert the liner into the drain. Finally, to help the resin cure, we pump hot water through the liner, which usually takes less than one day.
- We checked the pipework to make sure it was fixed correctly. The pipe is now ready to use. After that pipe seems like a stronger pipe than the old one, this new pipe is 100% watertight and has a better flow rate than most other pipes.
We can use our pipe relining system to fix pipes made of different materials, like sewer pipes, copper pipes, stormwater pipes, earthenware pipes, asbestos pipes, and cast-iron pipes. We can reline pipes with a diameter of up to 450mm and a length of 200 meters using one continuous liner.
At GPS, we have the resources to fix pipes that go up and down, sideways, and in hidden places. We can also set the traps under your sink and the lines to your apartment building.
